car still too slow please help

Ok so I just put in a bbk o/r h pipe and some ported e7 heads that have multi angle valve jobs and my car barely feels like it picked up any power I mean the stock heads had 186k on them and these are fresh only other mods I have are k&n filter and flowmaster mufflers its also an auto I do also have an explorer intake with the 65mm t/b I can drop in could my stock intake be holding me back

Aren't e7's stock heads? I don't think your going to notcie much with a port job to the stock heads. Plus whatever gain you have is probably being choked from the stock intake on top. I would swap on the intake and throttle body since you have them. The next mods i would do would be gears and a converter.

E7s are a waste, you're not going to feel much with them.

Get gears.

I was thinking about getting some 3:55 gears cuz I don't wanna lose too much mpg but my car already 3.27's would I even notice a difference also my trans feels really sluggish an takes a sec or 2 when I shift into drive should I put in a shift kit and new fluid or just start saving up for a new trans prefer a t5

And a shift kit. I've been running a Transgo HD2 kit for about 5 years. It will make all the difference in the world with the auto.
