Car won't start.

Hey guys, hopefully this sounds familiar to someone and it is a simple fix, but i am confused at the moment. Here it goes: I recently got underdrive pullies, and I have only driven it a few times since then. I went to start it the other day and I hear a click, like the starter tried to turn for 1/4 of a second, and then nothing. I have no electrical power at all, so I figure its a dead battery from the underdriven alternator. Well, I tried to jump start it, and I still get nothing. 12.49 volts on the battery according to my multimeter. I still have no electrical.

This was indeed a simple fix.
The battery is fine, I have to wait to see how the alternator handles the underdrive pullies, but my problem was a blown fuse for the starter relay. I swapped it with the one for the horn, and it started up fine. Swapped the relays again, and will be picking up a new fuse tomorrow...unless Advance Auto is closed on Memorial Day, in which case I will be getting it on Tuesday.
