A turbo is more efficient, and puts less of a load on your motor. Even at idle your engine will have a load on it where a turbo freespins, and with the right kit for your combo will have almost no lag at all.

i agree, but the turbo is one heck of a kit to be installing. a centri is a bolt on. if i have problems with my blower i just un bolt it and and put in the cai and switch tunes. done in 20 minutes. unless you have that tune spot on, a turbo is going to be more hassle.

on a side note, if i were to do it all over again, i would have went turbo. my next build will have one. the car is no longer a daily driver so i'm okay with taking the added work of a turbo.

Any tuner that knows what they are doing can get a tune right on or they need to find a different job. As far as hassle after you instal the turbo or the centri you could have some kind of problem the turbo builds a lot of heat but as long as you protect everything your ok,the supercharger is always wearing belts out and wears on your crank and main bearings. With the supercharger yes it's a bolt on kit besides having to punch a hole in your oil pan depending on the kit and cutting a big hole in your passenger side inner fender.
