So, I was thinking of finishing a tune up on the car. When I got it, I replaced the spark plugs and fuel filter and I just redid the fuel filter. So is it worth it to replacing the fuel injectors and does a 96 GT runs 19lb stock fuel injectors, right? If so I would get rebuilt ones from this website because I'm not spending $300 on new ones. http://www.fuelinjectorconnection.com/shop/index.php

Btw the car has 108k miles on it and the rest of the mods below.

if your going to replace them, and plan on any further mods to the car, I would consider upgrading them but do it when the tune becomes necessary and do it then.

I think its like 120 for rebuilt. And I can get some money back on my old ones. I prefer not to mess to much with rebuilding it myself. But I did consider it. I'm not sure if its even worth it. I figure maybe I can get some better gas mileage with cleaner injectors. I get like 22 highway right now.

And don't ask me why I care about mpg because I don't know why I do either. haha.

Stock gears. I just have no idea. I never really got good gas mileage. I get 22 but its really a mix of highway and street. So I guess it's good. But some guys here get like 25 all the time or I've read 27 from some. So I'm just like jeez am I doing something wrong. Or maybe it's a needed tune up.

I did think I should just leave it alone and just spend the money else where. Like some uca's.
