Cheap 24# injector Q?

my dad found a box of blue top injectors in his garage. they came off a 7.5 f250, he has had them forever and just remembered about them. can i use them in my car if i get the correct maf?... they look exactly the same, that would be sweet... and i was thinking about a 70mm tb and a 76mm MAF like the c&l kit for 24#. im switching to a fox TB setup while im at it. anythoughts?

If you are sure they are 24's and the connector is the same, then why not.
