Ok so


i worked at rimpro for almost 4 years and i had the hook up. on wheels and paint powdercoat and best of all TIRES.


i have 17inch 03 cobra wheels and there amazing.....but i wanted something different...


so i took a look at what we had lying around.... and i seen red powdercoat... and orange.... and then i seen it old ford blue.

i had to do it....so i took my stocker wheels out of the gerage and brough em in for a makeover, mostly for the burnout show we have yearly at rimpro ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQWN2iYTpC0 ) that was me this year. i dont know if you can tell but there had been like 25 cars before me putting down rubber in the circle there and it was SO hard to do donuts hahaha.

yeah I would say only use them for burnouts and donuts, imo u can't really do anything to the stock rims to make them look good, but those do look better than the dull gray :dunno:

no there not a d.i.y powdercoat job.


its some extra powdercoat we had leftover at rimpro for a mazda race team... flatout motorsports. just orange and dumbell blue

(thats the actual colors of the orange and blue)


that blue color looks so amazing at night just look at how clear it is.


people hate it but i think its alright. different.


and for some reason only older people like it. i donno why but they always tell me it looks different.


oooh well with the white car blue wheels and red calipers... heyy i have an american flag mustang.

I like the blue powdercoat... definetly different. I'm gonna powdercoat my strut tower brace that color to match the rest of the engine scheme I've finally decided on.

I say keep 'em on as the weekend wheels.
