I was wondering if any one uses newspaper to wipe the glass when cleaning them.. Is this the best way or is there a better towel for wipping the glass..

I used to always go with newspaper but now use a microfiber instead

Not to thread jack but what do you suggest for getting water spots off of glass, that won't come off with window cleaner?

you might have to get more aggressive cleaner/ polish. I know Flitz can be used pn plastic and metal so I'm sure it would be safe for glass.

I use Stoners Invisible Glass and a microfiber that has been washed a few times so that it's free of lint.

As far as glass polishing/stripping/cleaning, Handz would have a good set of products to recommend I'm sure.

I on the other hand have always had luck with simply polishing glass with my cutting compound of choice(which happens to be Meg's M105.)

There are plenty of OTC glass cleaners/strippers available too, but those I can't comment on.

Stoners and some glass towels from CG's.

For the water spots I would try clay bar and luber first.

Yes they can. You can still get water spots even with wax. Wax just protects against water etching. there is a difference.

Thanks for the contribution, Greg, I will try the two microfiber towel method today :)

Let's not jack this fellas thread anymore, feel free to start a new thread about Vermillion being a bully or handz not using his big boy voice. I blame the camera and conditions. You don't normally sound like that.
Power Rangers suck, that is all.

I have been using this 2 towel deal forever. I have dark blue for cleaning and light blue for removing the excess.

A dry magic eraser lol... works wonders i swear. Oh yah.. make sure it's a plain one and not one with chemicals in it and I wouldn't advise it on tint.
