clearance issues with irs in sn95

On my list of things to do before next summer is a Irs conversion and wider back wheels on my 98 Cobra. I know that the axel will be a tad bit wider so i want to know if i could run 10's on back. My car is lowered on eibac proseries springs for now and I want to maintain that height which I think is about an inch drop. What do you think? Also if you know of a good place to get more information on irs swaps let me know, I am always interested in books and articles about modifying Mustangs.

you would be able to run 10" wheels just fine. i have a 95 GT with an IRS swap and i have 17x10.5" rear wheels with 315/35/17 tires. you will have to roll your fenders and may have to use low profile irs subframe bolts.
