clutch finished now wont stay running

so i finished the clutch job on my 88 fox now it wont stay running. i replaced the ignition switch but that didnt work. If i push in and hold the key after i start the car it will run but if i let go it shuts off. it shut off on me at a red light and coasting down a hill. im thinking its the ignition module. you guys got any ideas?
