I have a FRPP King Cobra clutch in my car now, but may purchase a new one if I end up doing a motor swap soon. What are some of your opinions on different brands? I have heard some things about Centerforce and other popular brands, Im looking for something decently heavy. Also what are some good flywheel options? or are they pretty much similiar?

centerforce or ram clutches are supposedly the best.

I went for an on/off switch known as the spec stage 3 which I love.

As for a flywheel, I'm running a 10lb fidanza aluminum flywheel. not for everyone as it requires a lot more momentum to get going since it's so light. drag racers would want a fidanza steel flywheel.

I like my dual friction centerforce a lot it offers substantial amount of grip but also is good for daily driving. As for the flywheel you'll have to decide whether or not you want to lose the torque with a lighter weight flywheel. If you think you'll be spinning RPM's ( i.e from a roll ) you'll want to do a light weight, but if you plan to launch harder and get off the line you'll want to run a heavier steel one.

+1 for drifting.. lol

ive driven a few different gts with various clutches, ram is b/a

and spec feels like a piece of paper.

on my 98 i have a king cobra, but with my quadrant it really improved everything. you may want to consider doing a quick release quadrant and firewall adjuster also.
