Cobra conversion on GT

Hi there
I am going to do a cobra conversion on my 96 GT. I have read alot about this swap and think I am ready.
So its time for me to buy the engine pack.
Theres two are the packs I´m most interested in:

03 04 Mustang Cobra 4 6 V8 Engine Tremec T56 Drivetrain Conversion Fuel Pumps | eBay
Which pack is better for me?

With there kit did you need to buy anything else to complete the swap. also do you have IRS in your car, if not did the exhaust fit under your car or did you some modification?

You need to buy an 03 cobra brake pedal/booster assembly, and I think on the 96 GT the cross member for the trans is a little different you might need to fab something up. Also you might want to think about buying a tubular k member with a arms.
