Cobra options for 94

I looked at a white 94 Cobra today and I noticed a few odd things I never saw in an SN95 car. It had grey cloth seats
and no mach 460 stereo, there as a CD player and above it were these two shelves that popped out, one was a cupholder
and one was a coin holder. The car had 128,000 miles. a very nice 10 point cage, trick flow intake and CAI, 2.5" cowl hood, and some sort of aftermarket cam. The Cobra spoiler was miissing, replaced with a regular GT spoiler, no radiator cover, and fogs were missing. I ran a carfax and autocheck and both came back clean with no damage reported. He is asking $3950 I considered offering him $3500.

Things can be changed. However, the VIN can't. Check to see if the 8th digit is a "D" and the 10th digit is a "R". The "D" is the code for the Cobra engine and the "R" is for the model year 1994. Check the front fenders and truck lid for matching numbers. If they are not there body panels have been replaced.

Check the vin#... 94-95 Cobras had GT hoods, a limited spoiler with light inside, a pony in the grill, back bumper were stamped MUSTANG, leather ! Colors were Black, White and Red and all manual transmissions. Oh yea... white 160 m.p.h. gauges !

VIN says its a Cobra, you could get Cobras with cloth but it was either black or saddle, not gray.

I guess it has black interior, the dash carpet and plastic was black the seats just sorta looked real dark grey.

There are a few real cobras that had cloth interior. Not all were leather.
