Cobra (PBR) full brake Upgrade (PICS)

Before i did my upgrade, I red all of topic to do my upgrade and tank you, you were a great help.

I hope my topic is going to help some one.

It's one of my best improve on my Mustang

Before OEM brake 1994

I bought a PBR Calipers

but I dont like the red caliper

I used a VHT caliper paint + clear

I used a Maximum Motorsports Complete Stainless Steel braided

It come with 2 set of banjo bolt

I used a Brake Master Cylinder, 1994-5 Cobra, 15/16" bore, from MM

Master Cyl. Adapter, 94-95 Cobra M/C, 94-95 w/Stock Prop. Valve. From MM

Brake oil

13 '' rotor

I did a litle refresh in the back

I made this upgrade with your help, thank you

Thanks for this info...I am just about to embark on this project...I have most of the parts just need the bolts & dust shields...unless the GT shields can be used still?

i do know the 99 & up GT banjo bolt is different. M10 x 1.5 (fine thread) they need to be about 30mm long. Being as so theyre aluminum, the threading takes very little torquing. i had to use a little copper RTV along with the copper crush seals.... In my personal experience installing them, i had to shave part of the ear off where the SS line-to-caliper ties together. theyr'e is a good write up on another site. the hardest parts installing the brakes were shaving the spindles for caliper travel on the bracket. i also reused the bracket-to-spindle bolts that came on my 96. i bled the brakes with speed bleeders and keep plenty of fluid handy to keep filling the reservoir.
