Code 998, 157

95 gt key on engine running codes 998, 157. I replaced the maf, still throwing codes could it be a bad harnass or short in a wire goin to it? And what could code 998 (hard fault present) be caused by?

Key on engine off code 512 also, keep alive memory test failed, what does this mean??
