Depends on how much you want to spend and how you use your car. If you’re using it for the track, coilovers. If it’s a daily or fun car I’d get a set of lowering springs.
I’d get all four corners. I’ve had steeda and eibach springs and like them both but they’re pretty low. If you want a pretty good drop both are good. Just be aware that doing just the springs without matching shocks and struts you won’t have the best performance.
If you want to improve handling and it's not strictly cosmetic you'll be better off with control arms that have tall ball joints, rather than lowering springs or coilovers that just change your vertical trim without correcting for roll.
