Hey all, just bought a 96 cobra and want to lower the front end a bit. For some reason it sits higher than the rear. Any suggestions would be great.

Depends on how much you want to spend and how you use your car. If you’re using it for the track, coilovers. If it’s a daily or fun car I’d get a set of lowering springs.

I see. So just look for a front end set of lowering springs. Got it. Thanks again. Any certain ones you recommend?

I’d get all four corners. I’ve had steeda and eibach springs and like them both but they’re pretty low. If you want a pretty good drop both are good. Just be aware that doing just the springs without matching shocks and struts you won’t have the best performance.

My best recommendation would Eibach Pro Kit. A good drop that still has a bit of comfort to it. If you want to go super low, Eibach Sport Line.

If you want to improve handling and it's not strictly cosmetic you'll be better off with control arms that have tall ball joints, rather than lowering springs or coilovers that just change your vertical trim without correcting for roll.
