Cold start up and idle problem

so latey my car seems to be having a hard time idling when i start it up.....but it is only when the motor is cold. to be honest it never really gave me this problem until i clean the MAF, IACV and adjsted the TPS. when i was adjusting the tps i couldnt seem to get up to the proper voltage. isnt it like .098v or .099v??? anyways i am going to re-try to clean the MAF, IACV, TB, and adjust the TPS again tonight. Besides doing this what else do you guys think the problem maybe? oh and i plan to do a tune up when i get paid i.e. spark plugs, cap, rotor, and o2 sensors.

Maybe check your IAC again? Ive only heard of issues w/ this when you mess w/ timing.

well its still set at stock timing but maybe i should check double check it.
