Connector removal

Anyone know the best way to remove the water temp sensor plastic connector without breaking it?

to take the hrns off or the sensor? I got a special ratched bit at napa to take the sensor out. The hrns should not be a problem.

Two small screwdrivers between the plastic "legs" turn 180*, hold both w/ L hand pull with right.
