Sway bar, first thought is water pump, only thing really in the area. The hose on the lower part of it on the side you can't see perhaps?

Either the water pump or the timing chain cover gasket is leaking would be my guess. When mine was leaking like that it was the timing chain cover gasket, but I replaced the water pump at the same time.

It's time consuming but not really hard. I replace the timing chain and harmonic balancer while I was at it as well. Overall after removing it all, scraping all the old gaskets/sealant off, putting it on and letting the RTV cure it took maybe day, thats taking multiple breaks and stopping to eat and watch tv for a while.

It's also a good time to flush the coolant.

If you don't want to do it right now then wait until your next oil change is due, because with scraping off the old gaskets, I would recommend replacing the oil the get rid of any gunk that falls into the oil pan.
