Corvettes....

Hey guys just trying to get a few opinions. so my dads a diehard corvette guy (loves mustangs too ccasion14 and has a 76 stingray and is looking to get a newer one 97+ weve found a few within price range. but this is where the decision comes in. he found a blue 05 for about 25 but ive found a few 02-04 Z06's for right around that price too and could probably be talked down since the only blue book for them is about 20. performance wise they make about the same the 06 just has a 6.0. but i think the 97-04 Z06's look soooooooo badass. deffinitely look better then a normal 05+ but if we were talking 05+z06.... lol what do you fellas think?

My girlfriend was looking for a new car a few months ago, and was down to either an 03/04 Cobra, or a C5 Z06

We test drove both, and both of us liked the vette waaaaay more than the termi. It dorve better, handled better, and it was much faster.

So she ended up getting an 03' Torch Red Z06 with some bolt on mods for $23k

We are both extremely happy with the car, it's awesome!

The corvette has less power than a lot of cars but is still faster...

It doesn't weigh very much.

I love both Mustangs and Corvettes... You don't have to be dedicated to just one car. It's good to have some variety.

I haven't been beat by a single vet in close to 3 years, lol. From a dig or a roll to 160mph. I wiped the floors with vettes back when I was just at 440rw. Vettes are for pussies or the twisties dedicated guy that can afford to race over priced cars.
