look i'll have time to think about it and ask around to find out whats available and everything else. i'd say there's about a 50% chance of it happening. i'd love to just sell it and buy a vert and paint it mystic but you cant buy the paint without owning one. and to kill any rumors, svt told me that about 15 minutes ago.

to each there own man but i don't know why you'd want a convertible. Thats like taking a nice car and drilling holes in the roof to be different. All you'll look like is a cobra convertible thats been painted mystic. Whats so amazing about that lol.

would it be easier to buy a vert, make it into a cobra clone, paint it mystic. then cut the roof off a doner car and make that into a removable hardtop. i'm just saying that's a crap load of work to do something ford already did for you.

:icon_rr: Never... I'd leave it alone ! I just turned down an offer to buy one in October and remember when they 1st came out so I have done a lot of research but it's not going to sell for 100k ! Besides anyone can order that paint, if you want to pay the price for it but you have to give a Cobra vin # so they can verify.

just do it, its your car, in my eyes its just another cobra but with fancy paint thats just another mustang, its not like its a 95 cobra r where only like 250 were made, our opinions of what you do doesnt matter, the only thing that matters is what you like and what you want to do

Yep, Mystic paint is what they use on the money that changes colors. Because of this, it's deemed as U.S. Currency. You can only get it to repair a 96 Mystic. They send you what you need, and you have to send back the rest!!
