Ok, I just got my crane 2031 cam yesterday and will be installing it next week.. I know only of people running it with 1.7 rockers.. However I have 1.6's.. Would I be ok keeping my 1.6's with stock length pushrods or do I need to get 1.7's?
also I have edelbrock 1.90 valve performer heads

Thanks

No problem , but the 2031 is designed to run with 1.7 rockers so I think that you will not see the full potential of the camshaft .

You will need to measure the pushrods with the cam installed because the 2031 has a small base circle . I'm running the 2031 with milled GT40X heads on stock pushrods in my 95 without any problems .

With pedestal 1.7 rockers.
I recomend you to buy a set of pushrod checker tool . It's a cheap tool that provides a great way to check the valvetrain geometry and find the proper pushrod lenght: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TFS-9000/
Don't forget to degree the cam . Mine was installed like the original cam chart (without advance or retard) . It's a great street cam with a good lope and great power . You will like it !

Take the advice and CHECK for length.

I had to drive to Manley to get my pushrods because they did not fit correctly.

Yeah you'll definitely want to check for pushrod length. it should work fine with the 1.6s you'll just be giving up some valve lift.
