Crane Cams is done. They are officially out of buisness.

I think they'll be back...either they will eventually return or someone will pickup the name.

absolutely not. If someone buys it they'll be looking for a free ride and will run off to china with it.
I've never run any Crane products. I will admit that I've bought a set of relabeled parts that were crane and never used them based off of their limitations, but Comp products have always been so much better to me. Its never good to see someone drop off especially when they are one of the companies bringing new stuff to the table.

Whether you like their products or not, you have to realize that with no Crane, that leaves Comp as the only major cam grinder in the market. And monopolies usually lead to consumers paying higher prices.

There are alot more cam companies than just comp cams out there. There are Sig Erson, Isky, Sealed Power,Manley just to name a few.
