I have an idea... Can't be too specific but I'd like to be able to create some small plastic moldings...

Is there anything out there to help me with this? I'd like to be able to create a mock up then a form and eventually pour a plastic substance to be the final molding. I'm talking very small products (no more than 6 inches by maybe 2 inches. Anyone know of anything or kits that avoid having to go to some expensive company?

Is it a flat piece you are trying to make? Why not use ABS plastic sheets?

No, they are going to be somewhat horizontal and a tiny bit vertical. All three dimensions.

What about using Resin to make it? Just as good as plastic, and more flexible.

I was thinking not too long ago, to carve what I wanted out of a block of wood or something easier to carve, and use a vacumn and a bag to form the flat plastic after I heated it.

this doesnt work if your making sex toys though, a sand casting may do better for that........

Mustang toys that are the sexor!

I'm looking at making some custom separators. Nothing too complicated. Nothing heat resistant.
