Cruise Control Doesn't Work

as the title says my Cruise Control doesn't work. it hasn't worked since i bought the car in February. if anyone could help me i'd appreciate it. didn't know if there was a simple explanation possible. thanks for any help

my sensor is broken. the 96 sensor is different from 97/98. it should be located on the trottle cabe behind the throttle body somewhere.

also, check fuses

check the fuses under the hood, mine stopped working and it was just a blown fuse. Also i real easy way to check if it's a blown fuse is your fog lights won't turn on either

I don't think i've ever used the cruise on my 96.
