The cruise on my 95GT works sorta. When engaged it holds the speed for a second then the car starts to slow, unless you are going down hill then it will slow once you go up another hill. I've looked for a vaccum leak and found none. All slack has been removed from the actuator cable and all connections are tight. This car has behaved like this since I purchased it so I know little of it's history. It has been fitted with typhoon intake, TW Trickflow heads and some fuel mods. Cam is stock and manifold vaccum is 15-20. Is the servo the culprit? Any thoughts.

Anyone have any clues? It's the only thing that's wrong with it. I read something somewhere regarding cruise issues if you change the diff ratio, is this rubbish or just meaning you need to make sure you change the speedo gear? Any thoughts Guys?

A different rear gear or trans gear has nothing to do with the cruise control. It will mess with the speedo but not the CC.

I would look into the CC servo/actuator. I pretty sure it's all electronic.

make sure your foot is completely off the clutch pedal. some people rest their foot on the clutch and even the slightest compression will trigger the CC off.

also, check you brake light bulbs. many times cars run the CC circuit through the brake lights.

Ok, at great expense I purchased a nos replacement servo and fitted it. Unfortunately it did not fix the problem. When I engage cruise it just slowly reduces speed. Is there any thing else I can try?

I think now that I have the finders off there is a plastic bulb in the drives side that holds vac to keep pressure on the throttle.

Nothing I've tried so far has worked. I recently blew the heater core so I have to pull the dash off so I thought I'd swap out the Speed Control Amplifier. Anyone have one for a 94/5T they don't mind posting to me in Australia?

I don't have one on me but if you can locate one or give me time to check its not a big deal to fill out the customs form and ship it out to you. I have online friends in Europe and Australia that I ship too when they need something they can't find.
