I order a set of deep dish bullets on the 23rd they sat they'll meet me local that weekend. Well I call on Thursday they sat it'll be ready on Wednesday so I call on Tuesday and the guy says he called warehouse and they will be delivered to their warehouse today and I can meet for pickup tomorrow Saturday so I call today and talk to the guy scheduled to meet me and he says he doesn't know where the wheels are the other two salesmen I talked to gas only been there 3 weeks and don't know what was the deal first he says he's calling the vendor to find out about them then he says they left the vendor on the 25th of February but doesn't know why they are not there and promised they wouldn't be delivered on a Saturday to call Monday and check on them I'm tired of the runaround imma give another week and if no wheels and tires I'm goin to cancel my order what do yall think

I agree. No company should give you the runaround. If i have a customer wanting to know when he will get his stuff, i tell him when up front, and stick by it. I would be courteous about it, but tell them they have a week to get you your stuff, or you will be cancelling. my .02

yeah I had to apologize for being rude but hell with over a grand invested and they broke their promise 3 times already I figure I have a right to be a little ill

I swear I have the same situation going on right now I ordered my DD Bullitts from them on Feb 15 and I still haven't got my wheels. Well I did get some wheels but they sent the wrong ones after I specifically told them not Bullitts with Rivets. I have called them now prob 10 times and its the same thing they will prob ship tomorrow. And never do. So I'm still waiting on my rims, it really start to piss me off.

And what's even worse is that lmr gas them on back order for 30 days and American muscle gas the rear tires on back order so what can you do ill cancel my order if their not in in a week

I don't know how that company is still in business.....I had soo many issues with them when I bought my original body kit for my car. Everything fiberglass that they make is complete junk. I would not buy anything from them. They must specialize in giving everyone the run around.

I finally met up with the guy delivering my wheels today was supposed to meet at 745 ended up
around 8:15 he said he was having problems with his truck and on top of that he didnt have my lug nuts
we'll see how long it takes to get them in the mail. I'll never order from them again.

Yea I talked to them yesterday and I sent the wrongs back and they said my new ones will be friday at least I hope so

I got a set of TSW wheels from them about a year ago, and the service/shipping was fine... maybe i got lucky lol

I almost did 2 on my reorder bc it took forever but I wanted my wheels I've finally got em and they look sweet

My experience with them was great when I ordered my BC Cobras.. Ordered the wheels/tires and they came mounted/balanced with new chrome lugs in less than a week, plus they gave me a helluva good deal. I'll definitely use them again.

Sorry you guys had issues.. It happens every once in a while.

True it does happen I may order from them again one day and of it happens again ill never deal with them again I just got a bad taste in my mouth because they never made an effort to call me I wa always the one calling but they never got out of line with me was always nice
