FINALLY strapped her to the dyno. The blower is pullied for 18lbs but we were getting MASSIVE belt slip on every single pull so it only saw a max of 10lbs.

However, Im pleased with the numbers for only seeing 10lbs. The tune is a bit on the conservative side because its just a street tune. Once I get the slippage fixed, its race gas and full kill on the race tune.

Completely stock top end (heads/cams/POS plastic intake/65mm TB)
421rwhp/415rwtq @ 10psi

Sorry for the sound quality but it was LOOUUD and my Galaxy doesn't seem to handle high volumes very well. He gets on it @ 0:14

Just some idle porn. Straight-cut gears FTW

What pulley/tensioner setup are you running? Good #'s, and you'll see a HUGE difference with 18psi and race fuel if you have the fuel/spark to support it. Best of luck brother

I have a similar setup with a 8 rib. The builder told me he has had slip problems with all prochargers on the 2v without 8 rib. Good luck on the car ill be looking in on for updates.

Call Procharger and ask about an 8 rib upgrade kit. It will make all pulleys 8 rib since it's a shared drive system.

They're pretty proud of the eight rib kit and get around $1000 for it. BGG performance sells a eight rib kit for around $750. The kit from BGG is just the eight rib pulleys from Ford for a truck motor with some spacers for the blower if you buy the pulleys from ford they're around $350.

Heck, I just machined a 5.4l 10rib setup for $1000. Although the guy furnished the $200 aluminum for a 9.5" diameter crank pulley, but still 10rib. 10rib ='s no slip ='s no snapping belts
