Lmao exactly what I was thinking.
Jones, the 2000 Cobra R got the dark headlights, and then they became standard in 01. All 99 and 00 cars have the clear headlights.
Nothing to do with base or GT or cobra. (besides the R as I mentioned previously)

Looks good man! Id throw a spacer on the rear though. I went with a 1" on my 18x10's and it brought them out perfect.

looking really clean. Part of me says do the smoked lights, but the other part says to keep it "virgin" with the correct lights for that year.
I thin ka 1/4" spacer will make it look absolutely perfect.
One more thing, I'd ditch the supercharged badge too, make it real stealthy.

I've contemplated that too, but after much deliberation, I've decided to keep it virgin. I think smoked would look good, but I like the amber tails on the 99 cobras. It just makes it rather unique because you just don't see it often. How many new edges are out there with smoked tails? Way toooo many.
That seems reasonable. I think 1" would be a it too much IMO.
There's nothing "stealth" about it when you hear the ProCharger whine.

Damn man it looks awesome. Those fr500s really flow with the car imho. Imho I'd leave the heads/tails stock and keep em original to the car, they look clean. One thing tho, that IRS needs polishing but I'm sure you know that haha. Anyways lookin real good man keep it up

I performed the double DIN conversion and changed out the bezels for the radio (obviously), the shifter, and around the gauge cluster since I moved the traction control, fog lamp and rear defrost buttons to the center.
The head unit is a Pioneer Avic-Z120BT. Touchscreen, DVD and navigation. Currently, I'm using a 16GB SD card in there with my favorite MP3s.
Took a quick video of the head unit and subs. It sounds like shit because the camera can't really pick up the bass... but you get the idea.
