Thanks guys, these fenders are tough. Feel much better now and can finally hit some meets and cruises.

Glad you got it fixed, that dimple is hard to see- I had to look for it- glad also that you were able to preserve original paint on an original fender. Something to be said for that.

Ford at Carlisle event? No, I didn't go not only because of the dent, but what sealed me not going was my son wasn't able to go (some school event) and three other family members backed out for their own reasons. If any one of these things were different I would have gone for sure - even solo. I think it was decent weather this year too with finally no rain, but then got majorly hot there, which I don't really mind.

Yeah, me too thanks. I did pick up the used fender (from a V-6 with the pony emblem) and as it ends up, probably not going to use it. After I got it cleaned up, it too has a slight dent that is also hard to see but not in the crease so it can be fixed 100%.
