Ok im in the search for a new hood for my car and i decided on the style and im goin with the cobra r with the svo scoop. But i know goin with aftermarket hoods its important to go with a good name brand so u dont end up gettin a poorly crafted hood that needs more time and money to get looking good than its worth. The only companies i know that sales that style design concepts and abceclusive...so basically to make a long story short i was just wondering which of the two would be the safest bet to get the best crafted hood and/or if there are any other good quility brand names that make that style, any help or opinions is greatly arppreciatted thanks guys.

I've heard good things about LibertyMustangsupply.com as well... people said the customer service was great, and the product has been flawless as long as they've owned thir hood.
plus they're about half the price of Cervini's and a little cheaper than ABC Exclusive and CDC.

You get what you pay for, Liberty is not even finished under the hood! I have done research on it for a few months and you just can't beat Cervini's products!

The problem is cervini doesnt make the cobra r hood with the svo scoop like im wanting and since ive never owned another brand of aftermarket hood im unsure of other brands and im just tryin to find the best quitly hood in that style, also i was just wondering is the scoop cut out or do u have to do that yourself?again thanks guys for the help and opinions.

I didn't know that about the liberty hoods... my Stalker hood is from Cervini's... whoever owned the car before me put it on... i'm contemplating trading for a Cobra R. or straight up selling it, and buying something else...

I ordered a ABC exclusive cobra R hood. Should be here middle of this week. I can let you know how quality & fit is. It was a toss up for me between ABC & HO Fibertrends. Cervinis was out of the question because of price. The HO fibertrends didn't have a smooth finish underside. That made the difference for me. The ABC hood is smooth which I liked. Also the ABC was $55.00 less shipped to my door. We'll see how good a hood it is..

Received the ABC hood on Wed afternoon. I was pleased to see it was wrapped with thick bubble protection that surrounded the hood inside the shipping box. After removing the wrap I inspected the hood and found just a couple minor scratches near the center of the cowl and one very small "chip" near one edge. I'm sure these were on the hood before shipment. An easy fix to make the hood a very nice piece. Underside was very nice with no apparent visual blems. Time to bolt it up! The swap took maybe 30 minutes by myself. That included a trip to the hardware store for the correct lenght bolts. The hood closed well and the factory latch held it down good while cruising around. Very surprised that I didn't have to do much screwing around with the alignment. I would not hesitate to order from ABC again for other stuff. Fast shipment too! Anybody need a Stock style hood. My old one is in good shape and it's fiberglass (Which i never noticed before!)

f**k cervinis... I hate NJ sales tax... arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggg
I agree however, it was cheaper to drive over to Vineland and pick it and pay 35 in sales tax than pay 100.00 in shipping!

If you put a S/C with an Anderson Powerpipe, just beware you'll have to notch it a little!
