Dies on start-up

96 Gt, CIA, catback exhaust, started it yesterday and it started fine then within 2 seconds it died, started right back up, did the same thing this morning, checked I don't have any codes, I cleaned my MAF already couple of weeks ago I did change out a bad O2 sensor last weekend, checked all electrical connections, any help TIA

If you cleaned the maf already the next thing I would check and clean is the IAC. They tend to get build up in them as well.

In my 1996 this was caused by a rich tune and ended up fouling plugs.

This is all good tech, but I leaning with Witzy. My 5.4l van is doing the same thing because of leaky injectors.

Usually a faulty iac valve will hard start and youll have to feather the pedal to keep running but then bang...all of a sudden it snaps into an idle.

Leaky injectors just run pitiful all around....like my van
