Differences between FLC0 (Japanese Export) and U4P0 ECM

Just in case I need an ECM as I am trouble shooting the car, what are the differences between FLC0 (Japanese Export) and U4P0 ECM
for a 95 Mustang GT AODE

I know I am never going to find the FLC0 if it turns out bad.
