A 1.8 60' coupled with NOT missing a shift would easily put in you in the mid 8s.

You are greatly undersestimating the importance of the 60 ft...its everything in a drag race.

i got a 2.3 60 foot with just headers and an h-pipe on my 95 gt. Sorry dude, but you just need to be patient and practice, cuz it seems you don't know how to use the power your car ALREADY has! Get those DRs to 15-20psi and run a few times........

I'm gonna watch the fast and furious a few times, that's as good as practice, huh? For real though, thanks for the input, I'll let you know how it works out.

hey man don't beat on yourself because a lot of people think that you just put a freaking filter and some mufflers and they will go 12 seconds in the quarter... it is hard as hell to drop some seconds and gain speed in the quarter or in the 1/8. just get that thing tuned you need it desperately. i went 8.9 @ 78.5 mph in the 1/8 i'm stick though but with 3.08 gears and the mods in my sig.... with a 2.00 60 ft... i think that is pretty good for a stock 94 gt. if you are auto then get that thing tuned because your tranny will perform almost better than stick once you increase the pressure inbetween shifts and also setting your shiftpoints to shift steadily.... good luck
