DIY SN95 quarter window replacement?

I know how to take everything apart. What I need to know is:

What size butyl rubber do I use?

How much do I tighten the bolts? Is there a certain torque I am looking for? Or a certain compression of the butyl? ie: measure the distance between the glass and sheetmetal?

Had to bust my quarter window after I locked myself out with the engine running lol. I got another quarter for 20 bucks and everything is apart. I have a ghetto temporary packing tape window right now lol.
