if I can afford it, Ill buy it........its just hard to pry money out of my wallet sometimes. I have been wanting a built block for a year but havent gotten the hair on my ass to spend the 8k that its going to cost to do it " the way I want it done" granted I will have a 10 second truck afterwards, but 8k is a butt load of cash.

No spending limit here.

Just threw done $2k for my TKO-600 swap.

And I'm paying $1k a month for a new motor build.

$500 a month to pay off the rest of my car.

$250 a semester at my local college.

and still have plenty of cash left over to have fun with. Ah the joys of being 18 and not having to pay rent haha.

I've spent over $100K on cars over the years, so I suppose I don't have a real spending limit. I probably should though.

Moving out in 2 years when I transfer to UC Irvine on financial aid and hopefully a scholarship. I'm mainting a 3.83GPA and a full time job as a Financial Counselor.

I've got plenty of independence man, Adding $800/mo to my tab for an apartment is not a problem. Besides by the time I move out, my mustang will be done, I'll be using my $600 1983 RX-7 as a DD and have plenty of money in the bank. I'm set while I'm in college man. Currently I just use my house for sleep, eat, and internet the rest of the time I out of the house.

Well, I'm on social security from the gov. I get disability @ the ripe old age of 31. I just have my car insurance & small stuff for bills. I put about 65% of my monthly income into my car! I've always done this, I'm to the stuff where you can see the changes.

Too dumb to get into any schooling/college!

I didn't mean for this little question to cause so many issues.

I don't do any work to my car. I have it all put on by my mechanic! Even replacing the wipers confused the bad word out of me! Sorry you got confused, I never said I know how to work on my car though. I cannot remember what I type, but I would never type that though!

haha exactly. Funny thing was though, I found the job on craigslist. Submitted my resume not expecting to get a call. very same day I get a call, next day I'm going down for an interview and that evening I got the job haha.

Yeah I'm definitely get my hands on some financial aid, I'm really hoping I can maintain my grades for the next two years because transfers from my current college are the first to be accepted/receive scholarships for academics. And yeah dude I'm starting to get some bills going for me, first one was the $4,200 bill for my VEE SIX mustang. I bought a mustang right before gas prices started skyrocketing... now don't i feel like a moron haha.

I set myself on a "no spending on the cars so I can buy a house fund." Plus I'm leary of the economy so I want to be prepared if anything happens.
