Doing Clutch - Worried Stock Might Not Be Enough

I'm having my shop replace the clutch on my '94 5.0 with the mods listed in my sig. As things are right now, he's gonna put in a stock-grade clutch in. I'm not so much worried that the clutch won't be up to the job (my understanding is stock ones are rated at like 365hp), but I'm more-so curious if a stock clutch won't perform as well as it should. My previous clutch was heavy as hell, which leads me to believe it wasn't stock (never asked), and now I'm worried a stock one will feel lacking, or perhaps will wear down faster. Anyone have any input? I have very limited experience with clutches.

Depending on the brand it should be fine! Me and a buddy put a Valeo or w/e brand from auto zone in his boosted 522rwhp-650rwtq and it lasted a few months until he eventually went Auto..

the heaviness in the clutch feel could also be a stretched clutch cable
