i bought my car a couple of months ago and i noticed the previous owner was a lil guy because the seat is stuck in the highest position it will move back and forth but not up and down. Im kind of a big guy so this is a problem. Will I have to get a new motor or is my motor repairable? or could it be the switch?

the seat in mine goes up and down and back fine but you have to use the switch and pull the seat to make it go forward. Try pushing the seat down while pushing down on the switch.

if you unbolt the seat you can flip it over and see how it works.... sometimes something is jammed in there, if you flip it over and poke around a lil bit i bet you can fix ir
