Driver side speakers out?

So I noticed that the left rear speaker went out. I replaced it, turned the radio on and nothing in the front or rear. The front I replaced a few years back and nothing all of sudden. I installed the a CD deck a few years ago myself, is there a chance the wires or CD player crapped the bed? It's a vert so the rear speaker was a B*tch to get out of that ford bracket. LOL

so the left rear was out, you replaced it now neither the front nor rear are playing? Stock speakers?

Not stock speakers. The back is a cheap walmart brand. Just trough them in there to see if it worked and it does not. The right side both rear and front are still stock and work great. I'm thinking a wire or something came loose.

was it a mach system with tweeters by the mirrors? STock stereo/deck?

What brand HU? Had something similar happen to me when I had a decently new Panasonic and the left rear speaker didn't work. Turned out to be the HU.

It's a Sony head unit, and it was the Mach 460 system.
