Put new brakes, tokico blues, upr upper and lower chromoly control arms on but now the car sits crooked. Put the same springs back on that were on it before with the same setup as far as isolators and everything. Any clue what might be needed to make it sit level. The drivers side sits about a 1/4 to half inch higher at least.

make sure the pig tales are pointing the same direction in the rear, that will have an effect

Could be how the springs are seated...but its very common for stangs to sit uneven. Also very common for one rear wheel to sit in more than the other.

did you tighten the bolts that go through bushings with them loaded or unloaded? if you thighten down bushing bolts with them hanging this can cause added stress when you let the car down
