I keep getting a code with the cobra about a secondary air pump problem and have 2 questions to start off. 1. Is this the pump in the front pass side fender, and 2. is there a delete kit anyone knows about?

EGR != secondary air pump.

the secondary air pump is the pump located in the passenger fender area.

to delete it, you need to remove the pump, and the associated lines that go to the headers, I used pipe end cap fittings from the local hardware store to cap the bungs, I think they were 1/2" but I could be wrong, it's been awhile.

then you have to remove the sensors that run along the front of the motor, basically they go from one header to the other and they act as switches to let air from the pump into the exhaust for the first 30-120 seconds of runtime.

I also went through and cleaned up the vacuum harness that runs around the intake so it looks like I didn't remove anything.

Do not delete the EGR on a DOHC, it can severely contribute to cooling problems in the 7-8 cylinders if removed, and you won't gain any performance.
