EGR Simulator or put back EGR again?

Sup!
Same story here about the anoying Check Engine light after the EGR has been removed.
I bought this car without the EGR already so I'm considering on buying one of those EGR simulators to turn off that light for good... OR would it be best to put back again a EGR valve but still keep it blocked off and not hooked to anthing else (tubing). Would that turn off the CEL light too?

Any ideas? :dontknow:

Just reinstall the EGR and make it work again. EGR has no negative affect on performance, and in fact increases your fuel mileage. There's really no reason to remove it.

My car ran like crap with the egr taken off, you can turn off the check light with the tweecer, but it ran much better with it fitted and working, its a pain, and it looks ugly but it works.
