EGR Vacuum regulator ?

This is kind of a two part question.
First question: Can I relocate the EVR in the fender and extend the plug and use some silicone vacuum hose to connect the vacuum lines?

The next part of the question is I have deleted the egr valve as well as the tube. There is an egr valve position sensor that plugs into it, can it be removed?

I would have to look to see what the standards are on that regulatore, the extended legnth of the hose may or may not cause a change in its reading. But with it deleted (im doing that now so this is a head of a my research) Im not sure why you would still need that.

and question 2, yea id say you could lose that as well.

Well I have a bullitt intake manifold and its a pain in the ass to mount all the crap that goes with it, thats my reason for dropping it.

sorry to raise a dead thread, but since i dont feel like putting on all my EGR crap again:

-i took out the metal line from the header and actual EGR thingy that attatches to the Plenum. what else can i delete?

You can delete it in your tune, then just plug off/remove the associated vaccume lines and electrical stuff.

To re-re-bring up a dead thread.

What was the verdict from the very top. What can be removed? Can the second sensor be removed?

yes the second sensor posted is the DPFE, its an EGR pressure sensor, no need for it once the ECU no longer looks at the EGR's operation. (turned off in tune)

just dont confuse EVAP parts with EGR parts. you have the EGR VALVE, EGR solenoid, and DPFE. everything else must stay unless you delete EVAP and get the associated codes turned off in the tune aswell.
