It's time to lower my car and I'm leaning towards getting a set of sportlines, but I want to make sure that isn't too low. I have 18x9's up front and 18x10's in the rear and there is lots of wheel well space that needs to disappear. If you have sportlines on your car, please post pics so I can see how low you sit. Also if you could tell me your wheel/tire size that would be helpful. Feel free to leave your $0.02 on how you like or don't like them.

I know there is a suspension database, but it's tought to keep track of who has what.

Thanks.

according to their rating the sportlines should be lower 2" all around vs 1.75/1.6 from the H&R SS, but I've always thought the H&R SS look better, when our Stangs are dropped evenly it looks like the ass is too low to me.

Sportlines are supposed to give a 2" drop in the front and a 1.8" drop in the rear for a nice raked look.

Thanks for those of you who have posted pics. Keep 'em coming. There's gotta be more than 3 people with sportlines on their cars.

Hmm, i thought it used to be 2" all around, maybe I didn't remember right. Either way I've seen a few stangs with sportlines and the rear looks too low, H&R SS look just about as low anyways but with a nicer stance.

Sportlines with Isolators IN
18x9 with 275/35R18 Fronts
18x10.5 with 295/30ZR18 Rears (reason i got a smaller tire width in the rear is so i didn't have to roll my fender at the time when i needed to replace the tires and misc. reasons but i'll be going with a 35 or possibly 40 next time so fix that gap in the rear)

so just imagine having the rear gap between fender / tire be alot tighter if i had 35 or 40 tire width. did slap on some other size tires and it flushes quiet nicely leaving only a finger gap and a nice lil raked look. i'll be replacing the tires soon once i get money / burn these mofo's up.
