GO look here, its a personal preference. http://sn95forums.com/index.php/topic,7175.0.html prokit will lower you about 1 1/2" while sportlines will drop you right about 2". and on 18s, 305/45/18 is a more common size for tires, I dont know that I've ever seen 315/35 18s

If you haven't gotten the rear tires yet might i suggest 315/30-18s, they're a more appropriate size unless you wanted to go taller for drag racing purposes.
As for springs it really all depends how much of a drop you want, either should be fine. I tend to like these cars on the lower side myself.
