I actually don't drive it in the rain lol. Also no there isnt a leak near #4 or heater outlet. The manifold was replace on that side also with OEM
I just thought of a perfect example of the problem... if you were to disconnect battery while running, and it stumbles. That's what it feels like but never stalls. Then its fine when i come to a stop, then repeat. But lately it hasnt been doing other than when i recorded live data while driving it only did it once.
