my F-150 O/D light flashed and in 1st it ran like ch!t. well come to find out 2nd gear was now 1st gear. 3rd gear kicked in like Vtec and bogged there after. this happened in an instance. now have a look.



1st gear band/clutches burnt up. metal shrapnel was in valve body and stopped by filters. 1-2 piston chipped. accumulators for 1-2 punched through plate. how it happened is beyond me. i only had the truck 4k miles with a 3k mile warranty. so im paying for this bill out of pocket. rebuilt trans and new torque converter w/flush.
