Did you see if the SLP cat back was a better option? I was going to buy it, as that's what I have on the SN95. But wasn't a fan of the pipes in front of the rear wheel.

How's the Bassini sound?

SLP hasn't made one for these trucks in years as far as i know. Searched pretty good and the same 4 options are the only ones available, bassani, borla, magnaflow, and flowmaster. If that was an option i probably would have done it since i had a loudmouth 1 catback on my convertible. The bassani sounds good overall. Still not loud enough with four 22yr old cats choking it out. Plan on doing the bassani midpipe here within the next month or so.

Little update.

Truck has an intermittent no-start issue going on that i haven't figured out yet, so it's been parked. Did get a couple things done in the meantime though.

Replaced both front turn signal bulbs due to the peeling of the amber coating, and had both housing tabs fall apart in the process.

Got LEDs for the cargo lights, reverse lights, and tag lights which look so much cleaner now.

Got a new plate frame and new spare key for christmas too.

Ordered a new midpipe as well.

The intermittent no start is still an issue so the truck hasn't left the garage in a while. Getting my buddies fuel pressure gauge to see what the numbers look like and going from there. Pump relay seems to be working so we'll see.

In the meantime been doing some little things to it while it sits. Like this new lower grill mod to match the upper. I cleaned off all the surface rust, then added these peel and stick SS coated moldings. Overall I'm definitely happy with it. Should have been like this from the factory. Hard to tell cause it looks like a wall of chrome but it looks better in person.

Total cost = OCD patience, and 20$.

Another small job i finished while trying to get the truck running. New foglights, OEM ones made by viseton/TYC. With LEDs too.

So after hooking up a pressure gauge to the fuel rail i found the numbers to be less than stellar. So i took a chance on the pump being the issue and got the Delphi one off rockauto, and a FPR. A coworker helped me drop the tank, then a few days later put it back up. Fairly simple job if not for the evap lines being a bitch. Inside the tank is super clean which is great. Welp, it didn't fix the issue. Still cranks but no start. Fuel pressure numbers are way higher now and the pump sounds better so thats good. Checked all fuses that we could think of. Got a Motorcraft crank and cam sensor as cheap insurance hoping that could be it. Hoping it's not the PCM. Don't think it's PATS related either. Stay tuned.
