fault codes

i got 511 read it was common for chip
558 332 334 egr not working about to send my chip to turn it off
543 fuelp pump secondary circuit fault. what do i do here my car runs.

just pulled the chip to send it off to get it retuned. so i checked for codes and i got 552,553,558, then 332,542,543.
all the egr should be gone when i get my chip back but y the fuel pump circuit fault.these are all koeo and continous memory

I have seen the codes for bad CCRM and even had one guy email say his fuel pump fault code disappeared after replacing a bad O2 sensor
