If you have the tools and skill just cut out what you need to clear the elbow. If done right it will look better than any of the hoods you posted and will also save you a few $$$

I say #2 or cut a hole....I feel like if you pull up to the track with that hood and run 11-12's guys are going to wonder whats going on lol

Cut the hood.. If you don't like it, then buy a cowl hood.. But I think the cut hood will look pretty cool... And it should cool the
air going in right?

The car will be running for a maximum of 2 minutes, and be going no more then 4,000 ft, im not worried about that. Also the car wont be running a t stat so heat build up wont be too much of an issue.

I'd either cut the hole, or adjust and shim. Those two hoods look like dick.
